85% boiled potato – 4 medium sized
50% steamed mixed vegetable – 1.5 cups
Cheese / paneer – 1/4 cup
rice flour – 1/4 cup
bread crumbs – 1/3 cup
salt to taste
chili flakes – 1 tsp
cumin powder – 1 tsp
pepper powder – 1 tsp
ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
flour – 1/4 cup
water – 1//4 cup+
salt to taste
breadcrumbs for coating
oil for deep fry
