The breakfast is considered as the most important meal of our day. But, with the busy life styles and schedules, at most times people miss to take a healthy breakfast. Today we are going to share some easy breakfast recipes / Instant Breakfast techniques which you can prepare within 5 minutes.
Ingredients for instant breakfast mixture
- Ghee – 2tbsp
- Mustard Seeds – 2 tsp
- urad dal 1/2 tbsp
- chana dal 1/2 tbsp
- cashew 15-17 nuts
- Ginger – 1 tbsp
- green chilie – as needed
- Curry leaves – 12 – 15
- Semolina 2 1/2 Cups
- Sugar (optional)
Preparation of the Mixture
1. Heat a pan and add ghee, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, Cashew and fry till the color changes. then add ginger, green chilies, curry leaves and fry for about 30 seconds.
2. Then separate the mixture to another pan.
3. Add semolina to the previous pan and cook for about 3, 4 minutes. then pour it to the prepared mixture and mix well.add salt and sugar(if needed) for you taste. Let it cool in room temperature.
4. Once the mixture is in room temperature, take an air tight plastic bag and store it in a refrigerator. In refrigerated conditions, the mixture can be keep for about 1 month.
How to prepare the food
- water 2 1/2 cups
- Coriander leaves
- lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Add 2 1/2 cup of water to a pan and boil it. When water is boiling, add 1 cup of previously prepared mixture into pan and stir well. Let it cook for a while and it will be thick / gravy. Cover the pan with a lid and let the cooking continue for about two minutes. then add some coriander leaves, lemon juice and it is ready to be served.
