●Boiled potato : 1 piece
●Bell pepper, beetroot, cucumber, onion, tomato
●Chaat masala : 1 t-spoon
●Green chili : 1 piece
●Garlic : 2 pieces
●Coriander leaves : 1 bunch
●Butter : 1 t-spoon

How to make Vegetable Sandwich ?

Slice the Boiled Potato, Bell Pepper, Beetroot, Cucumber, Onion and Tomato into Small Slices.

Put Green chili,  Garlic, Coriander leaves, Chaat masala, Curd and some water into the grinder to make the paste.

Then Apply Butter to the bread slices, and apply the paste on top of it. After that, have a layer of sliced tomatoes, have a layer of Cucumber slices. Place another slice of bread, apply butter and paste.Next a layer of Boiled potato, Bell pepper, and onion. Finally the other bread slice on top.

Now Your Vegetable Sandwich is ready to serve or eat.

1 pound flank steak, sliced into strips
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced

½ cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons oil
½ cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
½ cup broccoli florets
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups cooked white rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Pepper, to taste

PREPARATION METHOD
1. Pour soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, water, and cornstarch over the strips of beef. Mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
2. In a wok or deep skillet, cook the beef in the marinade thoroughly and set aside.
3. In the same pan, heat up the oil and cook onions, garlic, and broccoli until onions are translucent. Push all of the cooked vegetables to the side of the pan.
4. Beat the eggs and pour into the cleared half of the pan. Scramble the eggs and mix with the rest of the vegetables.
5. Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and cooked beef. Mix well and let the rice cook until slightly crispy.
