My family loves smoothies! Even on the coldest mornings, they want me to make smoothies for them for breakfast. I don’t mind, as long as I can put healthy ingredients in them.
One of my tricks is to freeze yogurt in ice cube trays and dropping a few in when I make the smoothies. Luckily, or unluckily, I dropped a full container when I was putting away the groceries. The container split, so I pulled out the trays and filled them up for next time. Hope this helps!
