This healthy recipe is loaded with protein, calcium, and vitamin C thanks to a mix of strawberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey which has antibacterial properties. Let’s not forget that almond milk has 50 percent more calcium than regular milk, so it will help you maintain stronger bones.

Nurse vs Food
1 cup Almond Milk
1 Greek Yogurt (Strawberry or Vanilla)
½ tablespoon Honey
In a blender add 1 cup of almond milk, 3-4 strawberries, 1 Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Blend everything together and serve cold.
