Need: Eggs, Baked Potato, Chicken, Tomato, Onion, Green onion, Cheese, Olive oil, small-medium pan to hold it in.
1 small baked potato, cubed.
1/4 cup Shredded cooked chicken
Chopped tomatoes, onions, green onion.
1 ounce of cheese
2 Tbs milk
1 Tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.
Make sure you salt your eggs before added, and your potatoes as well. Do that when they’re on their own in the pan.
If you don’t have a baked potato, just cut one up in cubes and microwave it for 5mins until you can get a knife through it easy.
Cook on low medium heat.
