Cooking videos are boring, but having meals you can cook in your arsenal is fun. So, I’ve decided to take the bore out and smash this recipe (and maybe more) into 45 seconds! This meal is perfect for pre or post workout because it has a good solid amount of carbs and a lot of lean protein.
The exact macros are not available because it depends on how much chicken, spaghetti and sauce that you use.
Further Cooking Instructions:
-Spaghetti should be cook until it is al dente (slightly firm still) or completely soft which takes about 8 minutes.
-Chicken should be cooked until there is no pink left
